Kingsley Gate Partners Continues Expansion
March 23, 2017 – Executive search firm Kingsley Gate Partners has expanded with the addition of Andrew Blane as a partner. He is located in the firm’s Princeton, NJ office.
Mr. Blane brings nearly two decades of experience in executive search, marketing and business development to Kingsley Gate. He has conducted numerous team lift-outs for the buy-side of the asset management sector, and he regularly counsels CEOs about their corporate growth strategies. He specializes in helping investment management firms expand their businesses by identifying and securing talent that matches the strategic, cultural and unique market perspective of his clients.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Blane served as a managing director in the financial services practice at Sheffield Haworth. Earlier in his career, he was a partner and managing director with Warren International, an executive search boutique specializing in team lift-outs and searches for the buy-side of the asset management industry.

Continued Expansion
Just recently, the firm launched a new practice serving the financial services industry. The effort is led by two new senior partners, Mark Esposito and Ms. Scott, who both recently joined Kingsley Gate, also from Sheffield Haworth. With more than two decades of experience in the executive search industry, both Mr. Esposito and Ms. Scott bring financial services expertise and industry market intelligence to the firm. Kingsley Gate opened offices in New York and San Francisco recently to support the firm’s continued growth and expansion initiatives.
This past fall, Kingsley Gate Partners named Geoff Hall as a new partner to support the firm’s life sciences practice. He is based out of Kingsley Gate’s newly opened Denver office. With more than 17 years of expertise in leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, legal, finance, quality and engineering, Mr. Hall works alongside senior partner Buster Houchins.
The firm also recently appointed Kirk Durossette as vice president of recruiting. He manages worldwide recruiting activities — from setting strategic direction and standard operating procedures to overseeing consultant training and auditing performance. Mr. Durossette previously served as a principal and executive search consultant for DHR International.
