Kingsley Gate Names VP of Recruiting

August 17, 2016 – Executive search firm Kingsley Gate Partners has appointed Kirk Durossette as vice president of recruiting.

In this new role, Mr. Durossette will manage worldwide recruiting activities — from setting strategic direction and standard operating procedures to overseeing consultant training and auditing performance. He will also be responsible for further implementing and optimizing the firm’s ClientSuite platform which focuses on client accountability. He reports to senior partner Buster Houchins.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Mr. Durossette served as a principal and executive search consultant for DHR International. He executed assignments across multiple industries while mentoring and training DHR’s global team of associates and recruiters. He also held various recruiting positions at Memorial Hermann, Tenet Healthcare and executive search firm Tyler & Company.
