January 29, 2012 – Kilpatrick Executive Search Italy has named Luigi Trivellato, Paolo Colombo, Vittorio Franzetti and Stefano Rava as senior associates. Mr. Trivellato has spent most of his career dealing with human resource management issues in multinational environments. He has gained expertise in managing search assignment in all management functions focusing mainly in the energy, oil & gas, consumer electronics, and food & beverage industries. Mr. Colombo served 14 years in the Italian Navy on board different warships. He has expertise in manufacturing, engineering, luxury goods and fashion. Mr. Franzetti has experience in executive search with expertise in different sectors such as banking & finance, fashion, and industry. Mr. Rava’s background is mainly focused on the information and communication technology, fashion, retail, manufacturing industries.
