KeyStone Search Recruits VP Global Marketing for Wilson Tool Intl.

July 1, 2015 – Minneapolis-based executive search firm KeyStone Search has recruited Paul Landgraf as vice president of global marketing for White Bear Lake, Minnesota-based Wilson Tool International. He will be responsible for customer and competitive insights, strategic marketing, new product, program and service development, lead generation and Wilson Tool brand management.

“Paul’s experience driving strategic global marketing and his authentic leadership style are a great fit for Wilson Tool’s values-based culture,” said Bob Schoenbaum, principal and co-founder of KeyStone. Mr. Landgraf brings 30 years of marketing leadership experience with a highly successful track record in the manufacturing sector. He previously served as senior director/general manager at Pentair. He also held positions of increasing leadership responsibility in product management, vertical market management and channel marketing at Andersen Windows. Mr. Landgraf began his career at Campbell Mithun Advertising where he rose to the position of vice president/account supervisor.

Other recent assignments completed by KeyStone Search include CEO for Minneapolis-based BLM Technologies and CEO for Clear Lake, Iowa-headquartered Team Quest, divisional vice president for Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Technologies and vice president of human resources for Milwaukee-based Oconomowoc Residential Programs.
