Kenexa Signs Agreement with Cargill

October 17, 2012 – Kenexa Corporation, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, has been selected by Cargill, an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services. As part of a three-year deal, the company has agreed to use Kenexa to implement, develop and oversee an employee engagement survey to its entire workforce of 140,000 employees around the world. “Our commitment to Cargill is to provide its employees with a rich, dynamic survey solution and help the company improve business outcomes through an engaged workforce,” said Troy Kanter, chief operating officer at Kenexa.
