Kenexa Selected by Amnesty International

November 29, 2009 – Kenexa Corporation, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, has been selected by human rights group Amnesty International to manage its international recruitment efforts. Amnesty International's potential applicants, for full time, part time and volunteer roles, will be able to search for available jobs on its website, register and receive emails when jobs are posted, and apply for jobs online. Hiring managers at Amnesty International will also be able to use the system to review and approve applications online. “We chose Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing because it is an easy-to-use system that we can configure to suit our specific recruitment processes,” said Helen Bloomfield, human resources program director at Amnesty International. “We get up to 400 applications for some jobs and, previously, we were managing the process manually, which was very time-consuming. We hope that the new system will free up managers' time to enable them to do more of their core work.” Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing allows HR staff to produce reports, showing how long it takes and how much it costs to hire staff, as well as providing equal opportunities information. HR staff can also build their own specific reports, to look at issues such as why people leave certain roles. Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing will be integrated with Amnesty's HR information system, allowing candidate details to be seamlessly transferred between the two systems automatically.
