Kaplan Partners Leading CEO Search for First National Bank of Elmer

April 20, 2015 – Philadelphia-based executive recruiter Kaplan Partners has been selected by the First National Bank of Elmer to lead its search for a new chief executive officer. Douglas E. Carll, current executive vice president and CEO, plans to retire during the third quarter of 2015. The First National Bank of Elmer was founded in 1903.
