JDG Associates Fills HR Post for CNA

January 17, 2013 – Executive search firm JDG Associates Ltd. has placed Pearl Mihara as vice president of human resources at CAN, a not-for-profit research and analysis organization. Ms. Mihara formerly served as SVP of HR for Engility. As CNA’s vice president of HR, she has leadership and operating management responsibility for all HR and organizational effectiveness affairs, including employment/recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training and development.
