J. Robert Scott Adds Recruiters to Technology Practice

June 11, 2010 – Executive search firm J. Robert Scott has added two managing directors within its technology practice. Steve Maxwell, a 25-year technology and recruiting industry veteran, joins the Boston office. Joining the firm’s London office is Grace Borrelli, who brings more than 25 years of executive recruiting and professional services experience to the firm. Both will be responsible for serving public and venture-backed technology companies regionally and internationally. “We have built our reputation around providing thoughtful, elevated service for technology organizations for nearly 25 years,” said Aaron Lapat, managing director and head of J. Steve’s executive search expertise, combined with his tenure with a venture capital firm and background as an operating executive in the technology sector provides him with uncommon insights into our clients’ talent needs.” Mr. Maxwell joins J. Robert Scott from executive search firm Kesic | Cervino Executive Search, where he was a partner. Prior to that, he was a recruiting partner at Kodiak Venture Partners. Most recently, Ms. Borrelli was with Odgers Berndtson as a partner and co-leader of its global technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice. Earlier, she was managing partner in the TMT practice of CTPartners in Europe.
