IRC Adds BraxtonCooper as Newest Partner

June 4, 2012 – IRC Global Executive Search Partners (IRC) has added Texas-based BraxtonCooper as its newest partner firm. The firms’ practice focus is management and strategy consulting across all industries, but with a focus on the energy (oil & gas and utilities) sector. Founded in 2006, BraxtonCooper’s executive team includes three managing directors: Belinda Burson, who has particular insights toward successful acquisition and integration; Trisha Morris (based in Los Angeles), who has specialized experience in both consulting and industry sectors; and Kimberly Grigsby (based in Charlotte, NC), who has insight into the recruiting equation of the candidate, the hiring manager and the search entity. “Texas is a critical US state for the IRC alliance,” said Sylvia MacArthur, president of the IRC Executive Board. “Not only for its size, but also because Texas is home to more Fortune 500 corporations than any other U.S. state, including California. We are delighted to welcome Houston-based BraxtonCooper to IRC, especially as the firm reflects the IRC alliance’s strong belief in business integrity and excellence.”
