Interim Management Providers Merge

January 25, 2010 – Rockpools Interim Management and Pinnacle PSG’s Interim Business have merged to form Pinnacle Interim Business. The newly merged organization will offer clients the strengths of Rockpools as a provider of top management interims for both the public and the private sector, and Pinnacle PSG's specialization in providing interims for key public service areas, particularly in the charity sector, central and local government, education, health and housing sectors. The new business will be headed by Aidan Rave, formerly a Rockpools' partner, who also leads Pinnacle’s consultancy division. Senior management in Pinnacle Interim include Anna Bishell formerly head of Rockpools’ Interim, Bobbie Graham of Pinnacle PSG and Fiona Musticone formerly of Rockpools. “We have retained all of Rockpools’ senior management interim expertise and merged that with Pinnacle PSG’s skills in providing interim staff at all levels of an organization,” said Mr. Rave. “The new business’s considerable reach across the public, private and third sectors, means it is well placed to provide a genuinely new and unique service.”
