Inside Edge Legal Adds Three New Recruiters

March 8, 2012 – Inside Edge Legal (IEL), the legal contract staffing affiliate of legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa, has appointed Lindsey Koch as a recruiter in the Los Angeles office, Shannon Murphy as a recruiter in the New York office and Elizabeth Smith as a recruiter in the Boston office. Greg Richter, IEL’s global practice leader, said, “We are fortunate to be able to expand our recruiting force with Lindsey, Shannon and Elizabeth. They are all experienced recruiters with practical experience in the legal profession. This combination of expertise will allow them to add true value to their clients as they seek increased efficiencies and decreased overhead in their companies and firms.” Prior to joining Inside Edge Legal, Ms. Koch was an associate at Durbin Law Offices in New Hampshire. Previously, Ms. Koch worked at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in Washington, D.C. and was an account manager at the entrepreneur’s organization. Ms. Murphy comes to IEL from a boutique search firm in Westchester County that specializes in financial services. IEL provides attorneys with associate, in-house and partner-level experience for substantive contract work for law firm and in-house legal departments and specialized legal advisory services.
