Incubate Advisory Names Executive Search Practice Head

December 22, 2015 – Incubate Advisory has appointed Gregory Nazaryan as the new head of its executive search and interim management practice.

Mr. Nazaryan has an extensive background in international placement in a variety of sectors including healthcare, financial services, IT, FMCG, retail, logistics, automotive, and education. He previously served as country manager for Armenia at international search firm Pedersen & Partners.

While the search is underway, Incubate advisory’s interim management services provide temporary coverage until full time talent is located and engaged. Incubate Advisory also assists with executive market mapping, compensation consulting, outplacement, management competency assessment as well as reference checks, out-staffing and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services.

The firm established in 2010 and is based in Dubai. Catering to the private equity sector, the firm also offers interim management, transaction advisory, corporate and business turnaround services. It has experience working with private equity funds, investment offices, multinational firms and independent business owners.
