Human Resource Solutions Fills Position For Great Plains Communications

January 27, 2015 – Human Resource Solutions has recruited Lynn Mead as the head of carrier and wholesale services with Great Plains Communications. The search was led by R. Woody Daroca, managing director and founder. Previously, Ms. Mead worked for Consolidated Communications (CNSL), Enventis, Contel and GTE.
