hrQ Appoints New President

August 13, 2015 – Executive search and professional services firm hrQ has promoted Kathy Rapp to president. Ms. Rapp joined hrQ eight years ago in the role of managing director. She subsequently launched the firm’s Houston office and her role expanded to oversee hrQ’s growth across all of Texas. As president, she will remain based in Houston with operational leadership of all hrQ markets.

Prior to joining hrQ, Ms. Rapp was a human resources executive with increasing leadership responsibilities at RediClinic (SVP human resources), First Data Corporation (VP human resources), NextStage Entertainment (director HR), and Interliant (national director HR). Earlier in her career she held progressive HR positions for Morgan Stanley, The Redstone Companies, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

The firm has offices in Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston and San Francisco.
