hrQ Adds Recruiter in Houston

July 7, 2011 – hrQ, an executive search and professional services firm focused exclusively on the human resources profession, has added Cindi Armer to its Houston team. Ms. Armer, who has more than 10 years of business experience specializing in human resources and talent acquisition, will serve as managing consultant providing HR search services. “Cindi’s corporate and third-party talent acquisition experience give her great insight into our client’s needs,” said Kathy Rapp, vice president and managing director of hrQ-Texas. “She also brings extensive oil, gas and energy industry experience which will allow her to immediately connect with the HR needs of many of our Texas-based clients.” Ms. Armer joins hrQ from Atwood Oceanics, an offshore drilling contractor.
