HireVue Adds HR Professionals to Board

February 16, 2010 – Video interviewing provider HireVue has added Ann Rhoades and Rusty Rueff to its board of directors. Ms. Rhoades held the position of chief people officer at Southwest Airlines, Promus Hotel Corporation and most recently JetBlue Airways. She currently serves as president of People Ink, an HR consulting company. Mr. Rueff was CEO of SNOCAP from 2005 through the successful sale of the company to imeem, Inc. in April 2008. Prior to SNOCAP, he was EVP of human resources for Electronic Arts (EA) and VP of international human resources at PepsiCo. “The appointment of Rusty and Ann to HireVue's board of directors ensures the company will benefit from their tremendous experience in the human capital space and diversity of experience and ideas,” said Mark Newman, co-founder and CEO, HireVue. “After an extensive search, we determined Ann and Rusty were the ideal candidates because of their proven leadership skills, management skills in both startup and established companies, and their reputation as independent thinkers.”
