HireRight Adds HR Expert

June 7, 2010 – HireRight, a provider of on-demand employment screening solutions, has appointed Janet Randolph as vice president of human resources. Ms. Randolph has more than 25 years of combined HR and business strategy leadership, and as vice president of human resources, she will be responsible for leading and managing HireRight's efforts to attract, develop, engage and retain its highly talented workforce. She joins HireRight from the Rational Software brand within the International Business Machines Corporation's (IBM) Software Group, where she served as director of human resources. Prior to Rational, Ms. Randolph held vice president of HR roles at FileNet (acquired by IBM) and Epicor Software. “We're thrilled to have Janet join the HireRight team,” said Mike Petrullo, president and CEO. “Her strong leadership skills and track record in aligning human resources strategies with organizational objectives will help position our business for continued growth and performance.”
