Herbert Mines Adds Managing Director

October 17, 2012 – New York-based executive search firm Herbert Mines Associates has added Ann Fastiggi as managing director. Ms. Fastiggi will direct the hospitality practice and enhance the firm's leadership position in retail, consumer packaged goods, apparel and restaurant sectors. She has 18 years in executive search with some of the world’s largest search firms including Heidrick & Struggles, Spencer Stuart and Korn/Ferry International. During her tenure with Spencer Stuart, Ms. Fastiggi helped to establish the firm’s hospitality practice. In her most recent role as a senior client partner with Korn/Ferry International, she served clients in the hotel, restaurant, gaming and travel industries on a range of president, CEO and C-suite searches. Founded in 1978, Herbert Mines focuses exclusively senior-level search assignment in the retail, consumer products, fashion/apparel, e-commerce and food service industries.
