Heidrick & Struggles Adds Partner In Boston
July 16, 2015 – Chicago-headquartered Heidrick & Struggles has added Francois Kouroriez as a partner in its Boston office and a member of its financial services practice and CEO & board of directors practice. Mr. Kouroriez will lead Heidrick’s insurance sector in the Americas. He has experienced across all segments of the insurance industry, from life, P&C, and health insurance, to reinsurance, brokers and outsourcing services. He also has broad functional experience in finance, risk, product and distribution functions. He has worked closely with companies across the digital world to enhance their global talent strategy and has deep expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, big data and analytics to foster growth and innovation for client companies.
Mr. Kouroriez was most recently a consultant with Russell Reynolds Associates, working within its global financial services and insurance recruiting practice. Prior to that he served in various business development and global sourcing roles with Genworth Financial. He also enjoyed a 20-year career with General Electric holding an extensive range of functional leadership roles at GE Insurance and GE’s Corporate Audit Staff.
