Heidrick & Struggles Adds Compliance Specialist In Toronto
June 4, 2015 – Heidrick & Struggles has added Nancie Lataille, a consumer, legal and compliance markets expert, as a partner in its Toronto office. Ms. Lataille has extensive executive search experience and has worked in the talent management industry since 2000 focusing on executive talent strategy, recruitment, strategic development & management, and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, she was a senior client partner within the consumer & legal, risk and compliance practices at Korn Ferry, where she worked closely with the firm’s leadership consulting practice on executive succession projects.
There, she was a client partner for nearly six years and a senior client partner for an additional four years. Prior to that, she was a litigation lawyer at a boutique talent management firm, following private practice as a commercial / insolvency litigation attorney in Toronto and Montreal.
