Heidrick Names Co-Leader to Global CHRO Practice

March 9, 2015 – Chicago-based Heidrick & Struggles International has named Daniel Kaplan as a co-managing partner of the firm’s chief human resources officer (CHRO) practice. Mr. Kaplan joins from CTPartners, where he was managing partner in charge of the firm’s global HR practice. While at CTPartners, Mr. Kaplan managed a diverse portfolio of the firm’s largest client relationships. He has completed numerous high-profile assignments for CHROs and chief talent officers globally. Prior to joining CTPartners, Mr. Kaplan was a senior partner at Boyden and he spent an early part of his career with Korn Ferry. Outside of the search industry, he shaped leading recruiting initiatives during his tenure as director of recruiting at Fannie Mae, and as recruiting executive with Sapient.
