Healthcare Recruiters Acquired by ORSA

November 23, 2010 – HealthCare Recruiters International has been acquired by Orsa Associates, Inc. Orsa is a newly formed Texas corporation with majority stockholders Jon Guidi and Deborah Wilson. Mr. Guidi will serve as president and chief executive of HealthCare Recruiters and Ms. Wilson will serve as executive vice president and COO. Mr. Guidi has been with HealthCare Recruiters in San Francisco since 2005 and previously held the position of senior vice president at UBS and Morgan Stanley. Ms. Wilson has been with HealthCare Recruiters in Los Angeles since 1988 and previously held executive roles in the dermatology and O&G industries. Founded in 1984, HealthCare Recruiters International is an executive search firm strictly dedicated to the healthcare space.
