Headlight International Opens Office in Barelona

December 1, 2009 – Executive search firm Headlight International has opened a third European office in Barcelona. The office will be managed jointly by partners Pere Aurell and Sonia Montesinos. Mr. Aurell began his career in executive search in 2004, after a long career in management in the manufacturing, services and life sciences industries. In 2009 he along with Ms. Montesinos merged the executive search activities performed by the company they co-founded, Per+Son Consulting Group, into Headlight International. Prior to that, Ms. Montesinos spent over 14 years in a number of managerial positions in the hotel and health care sectors. Headlight International was originally founded in Sweden in 2000 has established an approach where the consultants handle only two parallel assignments in an active phase.
