Harvard Group Expands Search Staff

December 13, 2015 – Executive search firm Harvard Group International (HGI) has added two new members to its executive search team.

Jeff Doyle, a veteran of the sports consulting and sponsorship sector, joins the firm’s International’s global sports & entertainment practice and will be leading a new practice in the brand marketing and agency space. He has extensive experience working with GroupM (the world’s leading network of media agencies) and 15 years background in the sports marketing and sponsorship areas.

Mr. Doyle brings his expertise and network of contacts to help HGI build upon its recruiting successes with MLB, NFL, NHL, and MLS franchises and make further inroads dealing with leading advertising agencies and marketing firms.

Mark Mayleben will be dividing his efforts between HGI’s hospitality industry practice as a managing director along with managing all stages of the candidate recruitment life cycle for various search projects as an executive recruiter.

Previously, he spent nearly five years at the Bay Pines, VA Medical Center, where he was involved with training, development, and operational roles. Mr. Mayleben will be tasked with developing relationships with Gen Y and Millennial leaders.
