Futurestep Creates Houston Service Management Center

December 7, 2010 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has launched its Houston Service Management Center (SMC). Joining the company's Shanghai and Bangalore SMC facilities as part of its standardized global service delivery model, the center provides full lifecycle support for recruiters as they serve clients of the company's RPO, project-based recruitment and mid-level recruitment solutions. Key activities supported by the facility include recruitment research, candidate sourcing, initial screening and qualification, and recruitment administration.
