Futurestep Adds New VP

October 11, 2011 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has named Jaishankar Adhinarayanan as vice president of global service management centers. Mr. Jaishankar joins Futurestep with experience in the management of service organizations, with a concentration on start-ups and process improvement of HRO, BPO and ITES operations. Most recently, he was the general manager (operations/finance) of Risesmart in India, where he was heading service delivery for the India Center. "Today, we have six global SMCs; in Houston, Shanghai, Bangalore, Warsaw, Auckland, and Sydney and are intending to open a seventh in 2012 in Buenos Aires. Jai's appointment and deep expertise will undoubtedly further enhance the breadth and quality of services provided by our SMCs. I am delighted he has chosen to join the Futurestep team," said Futurestep's CEO Byrne Mulrooney.
