Futurestep Adds Managing Director in France

March 2, 2011 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International company that provides talent acquisition solutions, has named Benoit Binachon as managing director of Futurestep France. Mr. Binachon most recently was the managing director and co-founder of Business effiScience, a technology-based management consulting firm. Prior to that, he launched and developed Michael Page's Engineering Consulting business in France, which he grew to 150 employees before the business was sold. "Benoit brings to Futurestep significant experience in addressing top-management needs through a consultative approach and tailor-made solutions. He will play an integral role in leading and advancing our strong presence and reputation as an integrated talent management firm in the region," said Joel Perrenoud, president of Futurestep, EMEA.
