Friisberg & Partners Adds Norway-Based Esholdt Executive Search to Network

January 26, 2014 – Friisberg & Partners International has added Oslo, Norway-based firm Esholdt Executive Search to its network of firms. Esholdt Executive Search AS was founded in 2007 by Lars Esholdt, who has more than 20 years’ experience of executive search. He was executive search research manager at Christen Dalum (IIC) and a founding partner of ISCO Group. In 1998 he founded Human Capital Group AS, which was sold to Korn/Ferry International in 2004. Mr Esholdt subsequently became a senior client partner at Korn/Ferry International. Esholdt Executive Search Partner’s other recruiter, Ingvar Straume, has more than 20 years of business experience. His senior management experience is from CEO of Sector Asset Management and of TTYL and from Stolt Sea Farm AS where he was president and managing director.
