Frazer Jones Announces Expansion

April 6, 2012 – Global HR recruiter Frazer Jones has named Carys Owen to its commerce & industry team in the U.K. Ms. Owen brings almost 20 years of experience within operational HR and HR recruitment across a range of sectors. She previously spent 10 years with global recruitment business Hays Human Resources.
