Former Egon Zehnder Partner To Head Executive Talent Advisory Practice At Sheffield Haworth

September 16, 2014 – Search firm Sheffield Haworth has appointed Rob Sloan as managing director and head of its Americas executive talent advisory practice. Mr. Sloan will lead efforts to broaden the range and depth of the firm’s offerings, to include talent management services encompassing executive benchmarking, assessment, succession planning, and team effectiveness consulting. “As Sheffield Haworth aspires to ‘uptier’ its market presence, the new advisory practice will play a central role in supporting the existing practices on an upward glide path,” said Mr. Sloan.
