FaithSearch Partners Recruits COO for Baptist Hospitals

July 17, 2015 – FaithSearch Partners has placed Patrick Shannon as chief operations officer of Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. FaithSearch Partners is an executive search firm focused on faith-based hospitals, healthcare systems, colleges/universities, churches and ministries. Mr. Shannon most recently served as COO at Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner, LA and has held several leadership roles in healthcare facilities over the last 15 years. As COO, Mr. Shannon will oversee all non-nursing operations and is tasked with driving employee engagement, clinical quality improvement, customer service and productivity. He will reinforce a culture that fosters business development, a high level of collaboration, and consistent, accountable processes within the organization.
