Executive Search Expansion Underway at Farber

March 21, 2017 – Like many boutique advisory firms looking at expansion opportunities, Farber is in the midst of growing out its interim management and executive search practices north of the border. It just opened a new office in Vancouver and appointed two senior search consultants, Sandy Dennis and Dilesh Soni, to lead its initiatives in these two service offerings.

“Expanding our national presence provides on-the-ground resourcing and recruitment delivery capabilities to the British Columbia (BC) and Alberta (AB) markets, which strategically aligns with our clients’ needs,” said Charlene Bergman, leader of Farber’s interim management and executive search practice. “We have seen an increase in mandates for the region from existing and new clients and often from referrals.”

Ms. Dennis brings a tenured and diverse business background to her present role. A chartered accountant by training, she offers clients extensive industry and local market knowledge. Previously, she was a senior advisor and consultant at Procom. Mr. Soni helps clients in placing finance, operations, IT, and consulting professionals at the senior and executive levels. Most recently, he served as an account manager, also at Procom.
