Egon Zehnder Makes Leadership Changes

March 4, 2014 – Global executive search firm Egon Zehnder has said that Alyse Forcellina will assume management of the firm's U.S. leadership strategy consulting practice and Jon Carter will oversee its U.S. technology and communications practice. Ms. Forcellina, based in New York, will guide the firm's U.S. consulting efforts around management assessment, executive development, integration, skills building, succession planning, and other related services. She assumes the role previously held by Mike Portland. Mr. Carter is an industry veteran with experience across a range of technologies. He assumes the position previously held by Selena LaCroix, who will continue to lead the firm's U.S. legal officers practice and its global semiconductor practice. Founded in 1964, Egon Zehnder has 420 consultants, operating from 68 offices in 41 countries.
