Diversified Search Posts 22 Percent Revenue Gain in 2011

March 16, 2012 – Diversified Search has reported a 22 percent revenue increase in 2011. The company expanded globally becoming the exclusive U.S. partner of Alto Partners, an international alliance of independent search firms. Diversified Search also added 40 new employees to its U.S. leadership team. Diversified Search also formed strategic alliance with Global Novations, which specializes in diversity and inclusion, talent optimization and market optimization, and Leader's Edge, which provides access to trained psychologists and psychiatrists to perform assessments of potential candidates. During the year, Diversified Search also acquired Hodge Partners, expanding the firm’s presence in Atlanta and on the West Coast.
