DHR Places Head Football Coach at San Jose State

January 21, 2010 – Executive search firm DHR International has placed Mike MacIntyre as head football coach at San Jose State University. The search was led by Glenn Sugiyama, executive vice president and global sports practice group leader; and assisted by Pat Richter, executive vice president, and Jacob Sullivan, senior associate. Bart Penfold, DHR executive vice president, worked with Glenn Sugiyama to introduce this opportunity to the firm’s sports practice group. Mr. MacIntyre joins San Jose State University from Duke University where he served as defensive coordinator. He has previously served as assistant coach at Temple University, Mississippi, and coached in the NFL for the New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys.
