DHR Fills Position For MTV

March 27, 2014 – Executive search firm DHR International has placed Elli Hakami as the new executive vice president of current series and programming for MTV. The search was led by EVP and global leader of the DHR’s media and entertainment practice group Sean Scanlon. Mr. Hakami most recently served as vice president of programming and production at BBC Worldwide. Prior to joining BBC Worldwide, she led the development offices at Discovery in New York and Los Angeles. MTV is an American basic cable and satellite television channel owned by the MTV Networks Music & Logo Group, a unit of the Viacom Media Networks division of Viacom. Founded in 1989, DHR International is headquartered in Chicago and has more than 50 offices worldwide.
