DHR Completes Search for Belk

November 13, 2011 – DHR International has placed Mark Chandler as executive vice president of operations for Belk, Inc. The search was led by Julia Eakes and Bob Marchant, both executive vice presidents and managing directors in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles, respectively, with assistance from Janae Barker, senior associate, and Madeleine Day, associate. Prior to joining Belk, Mr. Chandler served as senior vice president of supply chain for Price Chopper Supermarkets. Charlotte-based Belk is the nation’s largest privately owned mainline department store company with 305 Belk stores located in 16 Southern states.
