Daniel Feldkamp has Joined Kensington International

OAK BROOK, IL, August 5, 2016 —Kensington International, a preeminent human capital and talent management firm, today announced that Daniel Feldkamp has joined the firm as an Executive Vice President within the Executive Search Division.

Daniel’s focus is on senior-level assignments for the firm’s clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Daniel also handles searches for the North American subsidiaries of European companies with a particular focus on clients from the German-speaking countries as well as supporting Kensington’s Agilium Worldwide executive search partnership in the United States.

Prior to joining Kensington, Daniel served as Principal/Consultant with JR Bechtle & Co., a boutique executive search firm entirely focused on placing executives in the North American subsidiaries of German, Swiss and Austrian companies, particularly in general industry, manufacturing and automotive. He worked at Get Ahead AG, a leading German talent management firm in Hamburg, Germany, for four years and launched the company’s first non-European subsidiary in Charlotte, NC. Additional experience includes working as an associate with Korn/Ferry International and CTPartners in London and Paris after completing a two-year management trainee program with Wincanton, PLC., a leading British logistics company in Chippenham, England.

A native of Northern Germany, Daniel grew up in Germany and the UK and received a Masters of Economics in Strategic Studies from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and a Division 1 Class 1 Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature from the University of Kent at Canterbury after completing two years of military service with the German Army. He is a regular speaker at international business forums and has previously presented on topics ranging from intercultural awareness to recruiting for the renewable energies/cleantech sector.
