CTPartners DiFilippo Joins DHR International as EVP in New York

April 20, 2015 – James DiFilippo, a managing partner at CTPartners who also served as head of the firm’s retail & consumer goods practice, has joined the New York office of DHR International as executive vice president. He brings more than 20 years of executive search experience to DHR within the consumer and retail industries during which time he completed hundreds of searches for CEOs, presidents, board leaders, and members of senior management teams for companies in the mass merchant, supermarket, specialty stores, drug stores, food services, and consumer retail space. “We are thrilled that Jim has joined our firm,” said Geoff Hoffmann, DHR chief executive officer. Previously, he was with Korn Ferry, where he served as managing partner and vice president of the firm's retail specialty practice, and with Cook Associates where he held similar roles. Mr. DiFilippo founded and served as president of national retail search firm Lawrence James Associates, where he built and led a team of professionals in recruiting retail, supermarket, foodservice, drug and wholesale food store executives as well as talent for fast moving consumer products companies. Mr. DiFilippo is active in several professional organizations, including the Food Marketing Institute, the Academy of Food Marketing Founders Club, and the National Retail Federation.
