CTPartners’ Client Satisfaction Rate Up in Q1

May 13, 2015 – CTPartners' quarterly Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) results showed an overall client satisfaction rate of 91.4 percent, up 5.25 percent from 86.2 percent for the same quarter in 2014. Ninety-six percent of respondents said they would use CTPartners again for another critical search.

“Our clients hold us accountable and we hold ourselves accountable on every search that we conduct and are proud that our clients see the value in our process.”

CTPartners is a global executive search firm offering expertise in technology, media and telecom, financial services, life sciences, professional services, retail, industrial and board advisory services. From January 1 to March 31, 2015 the firm closed 373 searches — 37 percent of them closing in less than 101 days.
