Cook Associates Adds to Boston Office

September 6, 2011 – Chicago-based Cook Associates Executive Search has added Cary Morrill to its Boston office as a vice president. Ms. Morrill will support Cook’s technology and digital media practices, and she will also leverage her existing client base for business development while helping Cook establish a life sciences practice through her connections and referenceable work. With more than 20 years of executive search experience, Ms. Morrill has successfully completed assignments in the U.S., Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. She serves clients across a range of industries but has a particular focus in life sciences, technology and digital media, where she has facilitated the success of many early-stage companies by helping them to attract and retain top talent. “Cary is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of search, consulting and industry knowledge to our Boston office and to our firm,” said Mary Kier, CEO of Cook Associates. Prior to joining Cook, Ms. Morrill was managing partner of Barrack Hill Partners, an executive search and HR consulting firm she co-founded in 2001. Her earlier search career includes senior positions with both multinational and executive search firms, including Christian and Timbers (now CT Partners), OakBridge (a global search firm based in Tokyo), Executive Alliance and Chestnut Hill Partners.
