CLKiley Associates to Serve Alternative Investment Market and Real Estate Sectors

November 9, 2014 – Senior executive recruiter Cornelia Kiley has opened CLKiley Associates, a boutique executive search firm focused on the alternative investment market and the real estate sector. Based in New York, the firm works with banks, asset managers, private equity and real estate firms. Previously, Ms. Kiley worked at CTPartners as a senior member of its global real estate practice. She also ran the asset and wealth management practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on private equity real estate assignments globally. Prior to starting her executive search career, Ms. Kiley spent nearly a decade at Bank of America, where she served as managing director and head of institutional distribution for Columbia Management Group and as a member of the firm’s operating committee. She was also one of the founding partners and head of sales and marketing at Seix Investment Advisors, Inc.
