Cielo Makes Additions to Leadership Team

June 3, 2014 – Cielo (formerly Pinstripe & Ochre House), a provider of global talent acquisition and management solutions, has named four new leadership team members to support its client growth in North America. Additionally, Erin Lange will relocate to the U.K. to serve as executive vice president of global operations. Juliana Barela has been promoted to vice president of client service delivery in North America. In this role, she will continue overseeing best-in-class service to her clients and serve as a key member of the North America operating board. Anne Bucher has been promoted to the role of senior vice president of North America operations and global customer experience. She will support the North America service delivery and operations teams. She will also serve as a member of the North America operating board. Ellen Chiesa, director of human resources, expands the scope of her current role, joining Cielo’s North America operating board and representing people initiatives in the North American region. Staci Roberts joins as senior vice president of business development for Cielo’s healthcare division and will be an active member of the North America operating board. A healthcare industry veteran with more than 16 years of experience, Ms. Roberts will lead business development initiatives and drive strategic partnerships to help healthcare organizations overcome their talent challenges.
