Charles Aris Promotes Brian Styers Knowledge Management Leader

August 2, 2017 – Executive search firm Charles Aris Inc. has promoted senior director of knowledge management Brian Styers to vice president of knowledge management and communications for his work in leading the firm’s efforts in research, marketing and digital strategy. In addition to overseeing the firm’s knowledge management division, Mr. Styers’ new role includes greater senior leadership responsibilities and management of company-wide software initiatives.

Recent Expansion

Earlier this year, Charles Aris expanded its services with the addition of three new practice leaders. Rick Noel joined the firm as an engineering & operations practice leader focused on placing senior leaders in the automotive industry. He brings to the job 31 years experience in engineering, operations, quality and project management, including 17 years in the automotive industry with organizations such as Johnson Controls and Magna International.

Blair Bass was named an engineering & operations practice leader focused on placing operational leaders in the aerospace & defense industry. Mr. Bass’ background includes senior leadership roles in business management and operations consulting.
