ChampionScott Recruits Chief Revenue Officer for Scale Computing

January 29, 2016 – ChampionScott Partners has recruited Dave Hallmen as chief revenue officer at Scale Computing.

Mr. Hallmen brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, and operating leadership experience with him to the company.

Prior to joining Scale, he was SVP of worldwide sales & marketing at EVault, an industry leading SaaS data protection service provider acquired by Seagate Technology. Before that, he spent five years as chief operating officer at ProClarity Corporation.

He also spent time as vice president of business development at VERITAS Software after the company he worked for, Seagate Software merged with VERITAS. Earlier in his career, he was VP of sales and marketing at Artisoft, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of PC network hardware and software.

Scale Computing integrates storage, servers, and virtualization software into an all-in-one appliance based system that is scalable, self-healing and as easy to manage as a single server.
