Ceridian Adds New General Counsel

April 23, 2013 – Ceridian Corporation, a provider of managed human resource, recruiting solutions, and payroll outsourcing solutions, has appointed Bruce McPheeters as general counsel and secretary. He will assume responsibility for the company’s legal and regulatory affairs. “I am extremely pleased to welcome Bruce to Ceridian,” said Stuart C. Prior to that, he was general counsel, corporate secretary and senior vice president of Lawson Software, Inc.
