CDI Corp. Names New CFO

August 30, 2011 – CDI Corp., a provider of IT-focused recruitment solutions, has named Robert M. Larney as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Larney, replaces Mark Kerschner who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Kerschner joined CDI in 2005 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. “Bob has significant experience managing global financial operations, as well as helping lead companies through strategic change,” said Paulett Eberhart, CDI’s president and chief executive officer. “His technical expertise in all areas of public company financial management is deep and his focus on optimizing resources to produce growth is well-aligned with CDI's direction.” Mr. Larney was most recently senior vice president and CFO for Tekni-Plex Inc. – a private equity owned global packaging manufacturer based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He has served as chief financial officer for public companies including Rieter Automotive Systems and Foamex International Inc.
