CarterBaldwin Adds Former Thomson Reuters SVP

Mr. Clapp previously served as SVP and general manager in the tax and accounting division at Thomson Reuters. He joined Thomson Reuters as one of several founders of Tax Partners, LLC, acquired by Thomson in 2005.
