March 29, 2013 – Executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. has added Dave Winston as managing partner of its industrial practice based in its Dallas office. Mr. Winston joins Caldwell Partners from Heidrick & Struggles, where he was the industrial practice regional managing partner for the Americas and partner-in-charge of the firm's Dallas office.
